Terms of Use

The Site provides information about the Club, our roster, schedule, news, and ways to support the team. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may change at any time without notice.

• Membership and sponsorship contributions are processed by invoice after you contact us by email. Tiers, prices, and perks are listed on the Support page.
• Contributions support team operations, travel, and our community programs. They are not tax-deductible donations unless explicitly stated.
• Memberships and sponsorships are personal to the named member or business and are not transferable without our written approval.
• Perks are season-bound and may be adjusted if circumstances require — for example, schedule changes, venue availability, or league rules.
• Refunds: Contributions are non-refundable once the season has started. Before the season begins, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Email office@coneycyclones.com.

Match schedules, results, rosters, and venues are subject to change by the Club or by The MegaWall Championship. We do our best to keep the Site accurate but don't guarantee that any specific match, player, or event will take place as listed.

Don't use the Site or our contact channels to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content; to impersonate someone; or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may decline or terminate memberships and sponsorships in our reasonable discretion if these Terms are violated.

The Club name, logo, jerseys, photos, written content, and other materials on the Site are owned by the Club or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing on social media is welcome.

The Site may link to third-party sites (such as our social channels). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

The Site and any memberships or sponsorship perks are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club, its officers, players, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any membership or sponsorship. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid the Club in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
